BackYardBoyz Academy provides educational content, coaching, and training related to buying, repairing, and reselling salvage and rebuilt-title vehicles. The Services are for educational purposes only and are not financial, legal, tax, or business advice. You are responsible for following all laws, licensing, titling, and inspection requirements that apply to you in your state or jurisdiction.
We do not guarantee any income, profit, result, or outcome. Any examples, case studies, numbers, or testimonials we share are illustrative only and are not typical or promised results. What you achieve depends on your effort, skill, time, market conditions, vehicle selection, and many factors outside our control. Buying and flipping vehicles carries financial risk, including the risk of loss.
All payments are final unless we state otherwise in writing. You are responsible for all fees tied to your participation. Losing or ending access does not entitle you to a refund. Any specific refund or guarantee terms attached to a particular offer will be stated at the point of sale and control over this section.
Breaking these Terms may result in immediate termination without a refund.
All content, materials, checklists, frameworks, systems, scripts, videos, and training are the property of BYB Media LLC. You receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use them for your own personal use only.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, BYB Media LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost data. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim.
We may reference or connect to third-party tools, auctions, brokers, or platforms. We are not responsible for their availability, performance, fees, or actions, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
You agree to defend and hold harmless BYB Media LLC from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law.
Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to bring or participate in class or representative actions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which BYB Media LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
We may suspend or end your access at any time if you violate these Terms. On termination, your rights to use the Services end immediately.
